AI is not useful in the same way for everyone. Every lesson starts from a task you already do each week and that takes you too long. Four concrete examples of what we build together:

Book the callMany AI courses end with slides nobody opens again. Here, the work happens on your computer, with your tools and your documents. By the end, the automation is in place and you know how to improve it.
During the intro call or in your request, you describe a task that costs you time. We prepare the session around that exact example, with the tools you already use.
Online or in person, you are the one at the keyboard. We start from your task, build the automation together, test it on your real documents and fix it until it works.
Everything we built stays with you. You know how to adapt it when your needs change, and where to start for the next task.
One hour is enough to unblock a specific topic. The pack is there to change the way you work. Split the 10 hours however you like: ten 1-hour sessions, five 2-hour sessions or one full day. Start within two months; after that, your hours never expire.

Since 1 September 2023, Switzerland's revised Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) has been in force. Pasting a client file into a public AI tool means handing that data to a third party, often outside Switzerland. Every lesson covers the right habits:

In-person lessons take place at our offices at EPFL Innovation Park (Building C, 1015 Lausanne). Online, you can join from Geneva, Lausanne or anywhere else in Switzerland, with the same preparation on your own files. A lesson at your place is also possible depending on the location: we discuss it together during the intro call. Lessons are taught in English, French or Italian.
Yes. Many participants start with "I've tried ChatGPT once or twice". The lesson starts from your level and your job, without jargon.
No. Everything is done with tools anyone can use. If you want to build a website, the AI writes the code and you learn to direct it.
Mainly the ones you already have: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, Excel, your email. The free versions are often enough to start. Any tool subscription is at your own cost.
The intro call is free and lasts 30 minutes: we work out what you need and suggest an option. If you already know what you want, book your lesson directly: pick a free slot and pay online.

Start the pack within two months of buying it. After that, your remaining hours never expire: use them at your own pace. The start deadline is on purpose, to keep the momentum and see results quickly.
When you book, online, by card or TWINT. The receipt comes by email; an invoice in your company’s name is available on request. The intro call stays free.
It happens. Let us know as soon as you can: we move the session to another date, or cancel it, and find the simplest solution together.
Up to 2 hours before the lesson, in the slots shown, and up to 60 days ahead. For a lesson at your place or a date that does not appear, suggest it to the team: we reply within 24 working hours.
Yes. The invoice can be issued in your company's name.
We work on anonymised examples and show you how to protect your data in each tool. You never have to share confidential documents.

Yes, up to 24 hours before, from your personal link: the hours go back to your balance. Less than 24 hours before, or if you miss it, the session counts. Lessons are not refunded: a session cancelled in time is rebooked.
A member of the Omniscient team who speaks the language of your lesson. For a pack, we keep the same trainer from one session to the next whenever possible. You see their first name as soon as you have paid.
